Routine is a semi-prepared meal service created for queer people who want to feel better in thier bodies without turning clean eating into punishment.
Created by chef and restaurantuer Andrew Corrao of Forty Three Bakery in collaboration with John Valdez of Utah Fitness Professionals, Routine was built around the belief that healthy eating should feel supportive, not restrictive. Joyfull, not clinical. Personal, not mass-produced.
Each week Routine offers chef-prepared meals built with real ingredients, thoughtful portions, and enough flexiblity to make eating well feel doable. Some components are ready to enjoy, while others are designed to be finished at home— giving you a small, grounding moment to cook, plate, and reconnect with your food.
Because true nourishment is more than just microwaving your macros.
It is about building a rhythm. Finding confidence. Creating care around the meals you eat. And remembering that your body deserves more than convenience.
